Dear client,

Based on your question it evident that you are facing multiple false cases being filed against you. I strongly advise you to collect each notice provided to you by the police each time they have filed a false case against you. Further, do not pay the demanded money and instead record the demands if possible. Based on the collected evidence file a writ petition under Article 226 and approach the Hon'ble High court along with all the collected evidence. You should be able to stop the harassment and further get damages for all the suffering that you have faced.

You can approach the High Court and file Writ Petition for necessary directions to the State not to indulge in such malpractice of harrassment unless and until there is some prima facie cases against you. The concerned IO or police personnel can be taken to task by the High Court if you successfully established there that cases were again and again filed only for harrassing and there is nothing even for registration for such cases. However be sure that cases are false or having no prima facie base at least. However you have not submitted details of such cases so approach good criminal lawyer in your area and seek clear and concise advice before going ahead as this can't be  concrete advice in absence of documents and material on record perusal. Thanks 🙏

Dear Sir, You have to approach Higher Police Officers otherwise you may directly approach High Court and get a direction to the Police Commissioner that false cases should not be filed until and unless there is prima facie case.

Police enjoy imunity so any act done by police while discharging his duty does not attract any penal action. However, you can proceed against the complainant on whose complaint FIR was registered and prosecution commenced against you. You can claim damages etc.
