As the rightful and lawful owner of the Property, you cannot be forced to sell it against your will unless you have entered into a legally binding agreement to sell. In your title deed, if the clause says that the court can register the property by force if the owner fails to do so then the buyer can file a case/suit for specific performance of contract and the court will direct execution and registration of the deed.
