Dear client,

Based on the question it is evident that you want to file a complaint to recover the amount spent on her and further you want to take action for the threats and promises made to you. I strongly recommend you to not pursue any legal action unless and until your wife is aware of the mentioned affair as it is a ground for divorce which your wife can claim. However, if you still want to take action then file an FIR with local police station for the threats that you received. Kindly note that there is no law or provision that will allow you to recover money or file a case for the false promises she made.

For further details, feel free to reach out to us.

Dear Sir, You have already done one big mistake and be aware that if you proceed to take any action against such girl more damage will be caused to you both physically and financially.
