Based on the question there are two primary things that should be done. Firstly, you can file a writ petition under Article 226 of the Indian constitution on the grounds of wrongful termination. This will help you get back your job. Secondly, you are entitled for protection under Chapter V of the whistle-blower act, 2014. Dear Sir, You may get a remedy if you go to High Court or state service tribunal. In future you may be very careful whenever you wish to be a whistle blower because the Society is not so advanced.
