Dear Sir, as per your query,
Stop Verbal Communication with Recovery Agents and Tell them you want all communication in writing. You should send a legal notice to the bank requesting A moratorium / restructure (if you plan to pay later), or a One Time Settlement (if you want to close the matter at reduced amount).
Immediately file an online complaint on RBI Ombudsman platform against the bank for harassment and threat calls.
