► I was purchased oneplus 13 smartphone on Sangeeta mobiles Online by seeing 30mintes delivery ad but after the payment message displayed as your order will be delivered on 03october. I have called customer care support and asked them to cancel my order but they have declined and said that please wait for 2 more days and you will receive your order but till now I have not yet received my order. I have sent so many emails to them and called to customer support care but there is no response from the on email or phone call. Please advise me

Send a final written notice to Sangeetha Mobiles’ official customer care email (and CC their head office email, if available). If they still don’t respond within a few days:
Go to: https://consumerhelpline.gov.in
1.Register a complaint under E-commerce / Deficiency in Service.
2.Attach screenshots of your order, payment, email attempts, and the advertisement if possible.
