► My employer told me in first week of September that this is my last month in the company and they won't be paying any severance pay as well which is 3 months notice or salary as per my offer cum appointment letter.
Also I took only 2 months maternity leave and there were some delay & misses in work from my end lately.
What should I do now regarding Severance payment & if deny their offer I e only Sep salary which I worked & proceed for labour law help, what will be the procedure & how much time will it get to resolve

Send a written demand notice stating:
Your employment terms.
The unlawful termination without notice/severance.
That you are entitled to 3 months’ salary in lieu of notice as per your contract.
If the employer does not pay, then you can file a labour complaint.
