► The wedding date was 17th February 2025. Today is 6th October 2025, and the deliverables have still not been delivered by the photographer. On each call, he says he will deliver in 10–12 days.
On the last call, he said he would deliver during Navratri, but upon following up, he stated he was busy with other orders due to Navratri.
Full payment has already been made. I have WhatsApp chats, UPI payment records, and call recordings documenting my requests for the deliverables.
Should I file a consumer complaint requesting the pending work to be delivered and seeking compensation, especially since both parties are located around 900 km apart?

Hi,
Your query is with regards to delay in handing over of photography works.
I believe you do not have any documentations to that effect as n majority work is on word of mouth.
As a matter of delay. You need to start from issuance of a legal notice to your photographer and thereafter file a case if he/she does not respond to the same.
