► I originally had all my legal documents, including school records and my original birth certificate, showing my correct date of birth as 22-08-2005. After 12th standard, to increase my eligibility for cricket trials, I changed my date of birth in my Aadhar card. For this, I created a fake class 9th marksheet with a different date of birth (08-09-2007), and used it to get a new (but fraudulent) birth certificate with this false date. Using the new birth certificate, I updated my Aadhar card with the wrong date of birth. Later, I learned that the cricket association verifies previous registrations and original records, which caused issues because my earlier documents had my real date of birth. Now, I want to correct everything and restore my original, true date of birth in all official documents, starting with the Aadhar card. However, Aadhar authorities say I must first cancel the fake birth certificate. When I approached the municipal corporation, they told me that a birth certificate cannot be cancelled once issued. I am seeking legal help to correct this situation, withdraw the fake documents, and restore the proper records.”
