You can file suit for mandatory injunction and permanent injunction.

Dear Mam, as per your query,

You can contact the local police (dial 112 or go to the nearest police station) and report the abuse or obstruction.

You can file a written complaint describing the physical or verbal abuse, threats, or attempts to stop you from leaving.

The police can intervene to ensure your safety and free movement.

You may also call the Women Helpline (181) or National Commission for Women (NCW) for help — they can coordinate with the local police and women protection cells.

Hi,

In any event if your parents are trying to restrict you from moving out, you can lodge a General Diary or FIR as against your parents for illegally refraining you.

However, once you leave them due to their abusive behavior, this act does not absolve you from the duty of taking care of them financially. They can file a case and demand financial maintenance.
