► I Ordered a t-shirt from a online shopping platform, but received shorts instead. Emails and WhatsApp messages are being responded to me by the company, but my tweets on Twitter are being ignored. Given them a deadline of Oct 14, 2025. Any advice on next steps if they don't resolve this?"

Hi,
You being the orderee become a consumer of such online platform and as such have legal rights to sue them.
If the problem persists, you have to issue them a strong legal notice and thereafter (if the dispute in question) still remains unresolved, you can file a consumer case against them.
