► If any person has filed false FIR against to me. after that I sent to legal notice from my lawyer. The opposite party has sent reply after received legal notice and rebuttal to all allegations and sent to notice to me by their lawayer.

You can either contest the matter or file quashing.
Also before filing quashing we need to meticulously peruse all documents including the legal notice and reply sent by him.

FIR is false or not is a matter of trial where only you can prove your innocence and on being acquitted only you can claim damages etc. and can file case of perjury etc. Filing of WRIT would not serve any purpose as in WRIT court cannot examine evidence and other merit of the case nor trial can be held in WRIT.

If any person is aggrieved or falsely implicated in criminal case or FIR, he or she can file Writ Petition in the concerned High Court for quashing of the Case/FIR.
