► I am a Freelance Trainer. I took up an assignment with a company called Netcraftz to train students in a college. As per the agreement I am supposed to receive my payment on 10th October. I have not received my payment till now. The company is not receiving my calls. I have no money left to take care of my daily expenses. I only get responses on WhatsApp after asking. Every time they tell me that the payment will be done soon or wait. They are least bothered even after mentioning that I have to start treatment for my mother after receiving the payment.

Please write to the company personally and keep record of it. If response is not given to your representation, issue Legal Notice for outstanding dues to be paid within certain timeframe.otherwise take legal recourse if necessary.
