► Hi I have 6 years work experience. Worked in 3 companies . My first company was startup but is geniue.it is govt resistered .but due to low income they provided salary in cash. But other 3 companies I used same first company exp & bgv is fine .but current company after working here for 2 years stating that bgv is red. Even they didn't contacted to first company as well not done physical verification.not sharing bgv report. Even I shared first company current address .phone no. Email id.even company replied to them from official mail id they confirm I worked for them.if bgv is red .why they allowed me to work for 2 years. And now termination & not providing experience certificate..can i lodge court complaint against current company
