► I have been employed in an IT services company for the last 2 years, and have serving a MNC client on behalf of the IT company. All of sudden, me and other employees serving the same client are being asked to sign a confidentiality agreement, parts of which seem to quite dubious to me. For example:
In case of any data breach, due to any circumstance on my behalf, I will have to indemnify my employer and will have to bear all liability myself. Also that I am signing this document voluntarily
