Dear Mam, as per your query,

1. Lenders can file civil recovery and cheque bounce (NI Act) cases based on cheques and stamp papers.

2. Avoid ignoring notices — respond through a lawyer and seek mediation or settlement.

3. Negotiate a one-time payment or reduced interest to close the matter legally.

You are required to immediately consult an Advocate to avoid escalation of your matter.
