► 1) harassment by CEO and Zonal Manager informed to CEO on 27th Oct 2027
2) On 30th Nov 2018 transfer from Nagpur to Mumbai
3) I worked from old head quarter for Dec 2018 company send me salary slip deduct Income tax and PF and deposited to both accounts but not paid balance amount
4) case put up in Nagpur Civil court for stop transfer after that company send another salary slip for Dec 2018 for only 10 days but income tax deducted on full month salary and credited on 4th Feb 2019 after that company sent my termination letter at my home address but without any notice period when our advocate asked why company not gave notice period that time company said they don't have any address but I have already address change mail on 2nd Jan 2019.
5) company credited my full and final payment without any breakup and not ready to provide from last six years, I have all mails
6) I have all recording and harassment mail details which I have send to MD
7) Court only considered transfer Clouse in appointment later and dismiss our case and appeal also
please advise and suggest way forward
