► i have paid all my car loan but bank hold my noc due to credit card dues, is this leagal or i should put a complain against the bank

Ydi Aapki loan amount pura ho chuka hai ho Bank ko NOC de dena chahiye..
Credit Card is different and loan account is different.
You should write Bank to proceed further for NOC.. otherwise You can proceed Court..
