► What are the remedies available to me for raising a claim against my ex employer for non clearance of my full & final settlement and last month salary? I left this employer during COVID pandemic in November 2020 but there is no settlement released by employer yet. Only issue could be non submission of NOCs from different departments which I could not do it because I was working from Home during pandemic and it wasnt easy to approach all departments virtually. However all data and IT equipments were handed over to organisation

Get issued legal notice and thereafter, file suit for recovery and permanent and mandatory injunction.
