► I recently discovered my original date of birth is 17th August 1993 however marksheet carries 17th January 1991. Since I was born in a village there is no documentary evidence to support my claim though i can get a birth certificate made by panchayat and district now. I believe I’d have to file a writ petition in high court to pursue this.
What are my chances of success ?
