► So basically a student from our group text chain should a message to our teacher which said some bad things and now the teacher is taking action against the se scroll to months of our chats and found bad things that I am taking legal is taking action against and what can we do about this is it invasion of a privacy as the college is saying that what we did was wrong as we can't form a group a private group for Friends out of college like a student from one class forms a group with other classmates it is known as a class group not a private friend group so what they did by reading a message is it legal or not

Dear Student, You have to follow the rules and regulations of your college otherwise they are at liberty to initiate action even terminating your admission and giving a TC. If you wish to continue in the same college and you have not done any wrong then you have to go to High Court and get a stay order.

Yes it is legal. Teacher and college administration can take action against erring students.
