I'm abinay subba from west Bengal, Darjeeling and I'm really struggling right now lack of money. And I wanted to send a legal notice to the Individual from the NYKS (nehru yuva kendra sangathan ) the individual named Anurag gurung who is working in nyks call me a tell me that mine club is registered in NYKS and we have to pay the annual fees and I paid the fee but after that we get a club registration certificate and then few month later Anurag gurung again call me and said NYKS is providing the funds Rs.25000 to your club and you have to pay the processing fees and firstly we paid 2000 as a processing fees but later slowly slowly he asked for the more money and after calculating the amount I just paid total 12500 for the 25000rs funds and I start asking him I already paid 12500 to nyks why I didn't get the funds every time he said that funds will credited to your account within 2 working days and when I call him he change the topic like funds will provide in cash. But after some time we didn't get any funds and we started organizing the football tournament and he suddenly call me again that he will provide the funds for the tournament through Shree Mp Raju bista sir and tell us to wrote the application to mp Raju bista for the funds and he'll provides the funds then after he's again asking for the money for society act registration rs 7500 which we paid. We are not mad that we paid him again and again because he came meet us and we trusted him again and later we paid more 2000 for sir fees and again he call me and said sir is asking for the liquor. Then I realize that he is fraud so please help me to file the legal notice against him. It's really hard for me to manage the things. I don't have money to file a legal notice please help me. I paid all this money from my pocket money which I saved from year. And recently I joined the class and the expenses is too high for me and I really needed help

The facts you shared clearly indicate cheating, criminal breach of trust, and impersonation of a government authority, which are serious offences under Indian law.
You do not need money to take legal action.
You can send a free legal notice, or even file a police/FIR complaint without any advocate.
