File an application before the Jurisdictional Magistrate
Mention:
Police refused to register FIR
Continuous harassment and intimidation
Employer coercing you to involve parents
Magistrate can ORDER police to register FIR

You better leave that job and pick another one for better future or take help of some social activist or Police personnel to sort out the issue in the existing job. Conducting environment at the job place is must for job satisfaction as well as future growth prospects.
