Dear Sir,

Such a degree is legally vulnerable / defective
It can be treated as irregular or invalid if scrutinised by:

Government department

Vigilance

Employer verification

Court

Even if the university later issued a degree, the violation of ordinance remains.

Dear Sir, as per your query,

You are required to:

1. Rely only on the valid Central University degree

2. Omit the first degree unless the form explicitly demands disclosure of all qualifications

3. Keep copies of the university ordinance in case clarification is ever needed
