► Hi,
I am being forced into a PIP on discriminatory grounds even after providing proofs of discrimination. This is done by the HR and the Senior Leadership together.
It has been 5 days that I raised this to the ICC Committee but they have responded with that they cannot intervene at such a short notice, need time and would get back to me at a practicable time with no mention of a definite/tentative timeline.
I am being asked to revert to the PIP email with agreement and have been threatened that if I do not, the HR would simply shift me into another Team/Dept. and in night-shift especially when I was hired for a day-shift skill set.
What should be my next step?
