► I committed a fraud while working for a private limited company. Actually I place a material order but I sell the material other firm. Then the company asked me for payment. The total value of the product was 19 lakh 68 thousand 540 rupe. Out of which I paid 10 lakh rupe, I could not pay the rest, I have no money left. Now can that company take legal steps against me?

the company can take legal action against you both criminal civil suit will be filed against you for recovery we will wait what action they will take then proceed against it call for any quries
