Dear client, form the question that is posted I advise you to either approach the nearest police station to lodge the F.I.R or you can file a zero FIR online to lodge your complaint. If the police were to refuse your complaint, you can file a zero FIR and upon inaction lodge a complaint with the magistrate or file an RTI to find the action taken on the FIR, this will pressure the police to take some action as they are answerable to the RTI that you have filed.

Kindly reach out to us further discussion.

Any Evidence Available (Witnesses, documents, photos, messages, etc.) Police Station Name & Area where you intend to file the complaint What action you expect from the police (e.g., investigation, FIR registration, protection, recovery, arrest, etc.)

Dear client,

If you want to file a police complaint, just go to the nearest police station where the problem happened or where you live. Tell the officer what happened. You can say it or write it down. It's better to give it in writing with your name, address, date and time of the incident, what exactly happened, and names of people involved if you know them. Ask the police to take action. They might register it as a proper case or just note it down, depending on how serious it is. You should ask them to give you a copy of your complaint or receipt.

If the police don’t help you, you can write to a senior officer or send your complaint by post or email. You can also complain online in some states. If still no one helps, you can go complain to the magistrate.

i hope this answer helps, in case of further queries, please dont hesitate to contact us.
