► I had worked in Andrew Yule and Company limited at Kolkata HO from 1987 till 2003 April on the ground due to sudden demise of my husband who was working there on duty and I had opted for VRS on 2003 . As I had gone through on few historic pay slip and income statement issued by the company in May 2001 it has been mentioned that u/s 88 Provided Fund amount of Rs 9159 for that FY was deducted against my Gross Income of Rs 100312 but since 2003 post taking VRS till date I haven't received any monthly pension under EPS scheme. I am not sure whether I am eligible for this hence requesting your view please. Thanks
