► I worked one month and 6 days at Innovixel Innovations as Business Development Executive. And during the January month I noticed that my colleagues didn't get a salary of last month...and the company ceo is sending some fake screenshot that shows money is credited . And we don't even have an office space because the ceo didn't pay the rent of the office.but I got one sale. And I lost trust in the company and I resigned today...and they are saying like..I will only get salary after 45 days and it's a rule

Dear Sir,

Are you entitled to salary after resignation?

YES. Absolutely.

You are entitled to:

Salary for 1 month + 6 days

Incentive/commission for the sale you closed (if promised verbally or in writing)

Resignation does not cancel earned wages.

Dear Sir, as per your query,

1. Salary cannot be withheld arbitrarily – If you worked (1 month + 6 days), wages are legally due; a 45-day delay rule is invalid unless expressly written and accepted in your appointment letter.

2. Fake payment screenshots is serious misconduct and This can amount to cheating and criminal breach of trust. preserve evidence (screenshots, chats, offer letter, sales proof).

Send a legal notice for unpaid salary and, if unpaid you can file a labour complaint or police complaint for cheating
