I am one of the director of government owned local bank and when government changed here they failed a case on the entire board stating one of the branch gave loans to local group which they haven't returned back and they registered the case on Dec 08 and other board members applied for anticipatory bail which is rejected by the high court and total amount that they put on directors is 78 lakhs out of which 40 lakhs are recovered from the beneficiaries and i am in hide out from past 70 days so can you guide us how to proceed on next steps?
