[7/14, 18:34] Nirmal Ghosh: If ony one take admission in Frankfin institute they first take 15000 and then 23000 where they say 23000 is refundable and then if you do not want to take class then they say that is non refundable where firstly say refundable and I have audio clip also. Sir /ma'am please help i have also too problem on this please help give this news all news channel to awre every body and end part is they say that after 11 months your salary will be 40000 where as there have 2LPA they are fraud sir please sir help me a lot for collect money

If you have all documents and papers to support your claim. You first need to send them a demand/legal notice and thereafter we can file cases against them. Be rest assured they will have to pay claim and damages.

Dear Sir,
File a Complaint in Consumer Court
If they do not respond or deny the refund:
File a case in the District Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission (no lawyer required, but helpful).
Claim refund + interest + compensation for harassment and misleading claims.
Jurisdiction is based on where you reside or where the institute is located.
