► On the 2 nd floor of the flat in which i live goldsmith are hammering with a loud noise creating huge disturbing to me and my student children I live in first floor. Using vibrating machine with loud voice etc filed I complain at local ps. Ps saying it is a civil case. The building is 100 years old I'm a tenant there as per section 416 of kmc act the building is registered as dwelling house what to do next?
