► I have transferred money in lien account by mistake so when will I get the refund.My bank and myself already raised the issue with concerned bank for reversal.

As you and the bank have filed the reversal application, the timing of resolving your issue will depend upon the internal process of verifying the issue at the bank level instead of any statutory period for lien accounts. In the event that the amount is not refunded within 30 days of filing the complaint and the bank does not resolve the complaint, you may file your case before the Nodal Officer / Grievance Redressal Officer of the bank, and subsequently with Reserve Bank Integrated Ombudsman Scheme, 2026.Maintain proof in writing for your complaint as well as its receipt by the bank.
