► We belong to sc category chamar whichbis sc in u.p. and punjab both.My parents came to punjab in 1982 and settled here having own house govt job and we wr born here in punjab.Now our Municipal councillor not issuing sc certificates to us saying that ur parents are from u.p. and we use verma as surname.We dont have any proof or property in u.p. How can we have sc certificate from there?What to do
