► My father got a call from an agent to make brokerage account on gopocket app ( partner of Sky commodities India pvt ltd) . He made an account there and deposited 2.5 lakh ruppees... My father made few trades and incurred few losses of 20-30 thousand. Agent said you are doing it late , let me do the trades.. at first he asked for the consent and lost another 20-30k.. My father strictly told him not to do big trades, with max loss of 5-10k ... but he kept saying I will make 4-5lakhs for you in one trade. My father never agreed to it... so he said ok and kept trading.. did another loss.. and then asked my father to give TPIN . my father gave him that.. with condition of not doing risky trades, and in one day he blown the whole account of 2 lakh left.... My father asked him to refund the amount, contacted the other team members and they tried to make a deal of 45 thousand recovery+ premium signals... And when my father told me about it.. I refused at first and I tried to contact the broker team. and then they said its both parties fault and 45k is ok and they will provide premium signals. I refused that and put some pressure on them of legal notice and then they tried to negotiate a lot .. and at last they said ok our last offer is 1 lakh .. else you can do whatever you want

Dear Sir, as per your query,

You should immediately stop further communication with the agent. You should gather all evidence of call recordings/chats with the agent, bank statements showing deposit, etc. You can send a legal notice to the agent asking for repayment of money within 7-15 days. If the agent does not repay the money, you can file a police complaint or cyber complaint alleging fraud and cheating.

Do not enter any negotiation with the agent.
