► I want in a car in my lane and an over speeding auto overtaking another car entered my lane and crashed into my car. I was max at 15 kmph and I have the dashcam footage. I have given my car to service centre for insurance coverage and it is been repaired. Can I still file a police complaint?

Yes, you can file complaint but now it will be difficult for you to prove the accident etc. so it is better to forget the incident.
