► Hi sir A few days ago my father's death occurred due to accident on faulty designed of underpass at middle in the city which having controversy about small accident before few days of my father's accident In the construction of underpass 3 department are involved RAILWAY PWD MUNICIPAL CORPORATION Due to negligence of this department I lost my father's Because in the rainy season there is no any drain to pass out the water from underpass that's why a silt get stick on the road and my father's two wheeler get slipped from silt and he had head injury.after accident he immediately admitted to Brain hospital but due to no response of body my father declared as dead.

Also, in addition to that, I would suggest you to file representations against all such authorities and seek compensation. If they do not reply, you can file a writ against them for faulty work which can have serious consequences of loss of lives.
