► sir my question in regarding the DRA agents which are mentally hassing my family and also defaming my name in surroundings (workplace and hometown) and also calling my relatives and friends due to failed payment of sbi credit card my family was suffrering from health and financlial crisis so we asked for some time but they arent listening and doing all this and also disturbing my mother and calling her . they also have misused her number on some website and she is receiving unlimited otps from random apps and calls for the same . she is a phychatric patient and right now her treatment is going on and she is into mental trouble due to this . i request you to provide a solution

Hello, 

 

This is what you need to do 

 

Send written representations to SBI and RBI 

File a written complaint before RBI ombudsman 

File a FIR against such Recovery Officers 

File a private complaint against SBI and its officers for sending recovery officers 

File a Section 163 application for immediate action 

File a Writ against SBI and RBI for acting in violation of the RBI norms and guidelines

File a police + cybercrime complaint for harassment, defamation, and misuse of your mother’s number.

Email a formal written complaint to SBI’s Nodal Officer and mark RBI if needed.

If not resolved in 30 days, file a complaint to RBI Ombudsman for regulatory action.

Immediately change your mother's number to avoid harassment.
