► MY CUSTOMER PAID FOR AN INGAME ACCOUNT ON EMI HE HAD 7 DAYS TIME BUT I WENT OFFLINE FOR ALMOST 2 DAYS AND REPORTED IT IN NCPI AND MY ACCOUNT GOT FROZEN HE DIDN'T LOOK FURTHER INTO IT AND I WAS READY TO CO-OPERATE AND WENT TO BANK TO RESOLVE IT BUT IT DIDNT WORK AND HE ASKED ME TO PAY FROM ANOTHER UPI ID BUT I SEARCHED IN AI LIKE CHAT GPT IT SAID NOT TO PAY OR IT MIGHT COMPLICATE THE MATTER NOW HE AND HIS FRIENDS IS THREATENING ME WITH FIR AND COURT I NEED HELP WITH IT.

Dear Sir,

Do NOT pay anything from another account as requested by the customer.

Write a formal communication (email/letter) to the customer stating:

"The payment is currently under investigation by the police/cyber cell, which has frozen my account."

"I am ready to cooperate with you to initiate a formal refund process once the cyber cell clears the transaction or instructs the bank to release the funds."

"Please provide me with the Official Complaint Number you filed so I can directly address the police in your jurisdiction."
