Sir,

The very act is against the norms of RBI

Complaint to the Ombudsman and write a representation to the concerned Bank.

If no result, then file a Writ Before High Court.

You can get in touch with me through OLQ for more help.

Dear Sir,

The bank's actions are in direct violation of the RBI's Fair Practices Code and guidelines on the use of recovery agents.

You must file a complaint with the Reserve Bank of India Ombudsman Scheme for Non-Banking Financial Companies (NBFCs), as the finance might be through the bank's NBFC arm, or directly with the RBI's Integrated Ombudsman Scheme (RB-IOS).

RBI Complaint Focus: The complaint should focus on the coercive and illegal manner of recovery and the lack of a mandatory prior written notice.

The act of so called bouncers is illegal. Report the matter to police.
