Dear Madam,

Police cannot force you to rejoin the hotel.
Join only if you feel safe.
If not, you can simply choose not to rejoin and look for another job.
You have the right to refuse and the right to escalate your complaint if any misbehaviour happens again.

In response to your workplace misbehavior complaint, it's important to document all interactions and ensure you have a record of the police's decision not to file an FIR. Consider consulting with a legal professional to explore further options, such as lodging a formal complaint with labor authorities or seeking assistance from organizations that protect workers' rights. Rejoining the workplace could be evaluated based on your comfort and safety; if the issue persists, you might also consider alternative workplaces or legal recourse. Please ensure all communications are professional and respectful. Avoid absolute legal conclusions, and refer to relevant labor laws if applicable.
