Escort service is a prostitution which is illegal in law and likewise your act too is illegal in availing prostitute's service.

Keep a record of the screenshots of his messages and block him from all the sites where he can contact you. He will not come to your house as it's just a pressure tactic to put fear in your mind and extort extra money. PAN Card cannot be used to track your home address.
