Dear Sir,

File an application before the Jurisdictional Magistrate under:

Section 457 CrPC / Section 451 CrPC

Relief to seek:

Direction to Cyber Police

To release / defreeze the bank amount

Courts generally allow this when:

Amount is small

No charge sheet filed

No evidence linking you to crime

Many such lien cases are resolved within 1–2 hearings.

Dear Sir/Mam, as per your query,

You need to send a written letter to the police station saying you were not involved in the matter and NOC be granted immediately. Visit the police station with:

Bank statement showing the marked entries

Your complaint details

ID proof

Request them to close the alert and issue the release order to the bank.

Still if the police do not take any action, you can file an application before the Magistrate for defreezing of your bank account.
