Dear Sir,

STOP Direct Conversation

Do not argue, do not threaten, do not abuse.
Just send one final message (optional):

“You have not provided ticket or refund. I have already reported on cyber portal. Kindly refund ₹11,000 to close the issue.”

After that → STOP replying.

Preserve Evidence (Very Important)

Keep screenshots / copies of:

Payment proof (UPI / bank transfer)

WhatsApp / call messages

His promise messages (“today / tomorrow refund”)

Cyber crime complaint acknowledgment number

This is enough evidence

Dear Sir, as per your query,

1. Do not withdraw the cyber-crime complaint as it is your strongest protection and you have done nothing illegal.

2. Send one final written message asking for refund within a fixed time (24–48 hours) and stop further arguments.

3. Preserve all evidence such as payment proof, chats, call logs, complaint acknowledgement) in case verification is required.

4. If refund is still not made, send a legal notice through an advocate demanding refund within 7 to 15 days. You can also file a consumer complaint against the person for compensation.
