► I filed a cyber complaint due to delay and lack of delivery/tracking for an online purchase. The issue is now resolved and I have already withdrawn the complaint online. Police are asking for an offline affidavit with signatures of both parties for closure/unfreeze, while the other party is in another state and is pressuring me and threatening legal action. I have also come across information that other customers may have issues with the same account, though I have no direct proof. Kindly advise whether offline withdrawal is mandatory, whether my withdrawal is valid without her signature, and any legal risk to me.
