► I have a house building loan in state bank of India that loan is in the name of three of us my father my brother and me father died last year the land is in father's name in this case the heir of the land is me brother mother sister. Death Certificate
Legal Heir Certificate
Registered Release/Gift Deed
Updated Mutation Record
SBI will:
Remove father’s name
Continue loan in brothers’ names
Accept land as valid collateral and sanction Top-Up Loan
