You need a detailed loan statement from the bank asking them to give you a clear picture of what is the amount due and payable till date.
Sending people to harras is completely against the RBI norms and policies.
You can file a case for breach of peace and tranquility under BNSS Section 166 and get an order against the Bank
Also, you can file a writ petiiton before the Hon'ble High Court of your state.

Rate of interest
Repayment schedule
Complete statement of account from 2017 till date
Penal interest details
Do not pay a single rupee more until this is given.
