► Former Judge was not satisfied with the State government as failed to documentary proof to substantiate their facts that a notification was issued as per the Direction of Honble President of India , this was recorded in court order . However his successor judge without giving any heed on such order , has passed a judgement that said notification was valid as per constitution. Under such circumstances what should we do , file review petition or not . Kindly guide please
