► Builder is not accepting my request to list out all the external amenities like club house, swimming pool, community center, jogging tract etc etc in the Annexure E of the agreement for sale. I have not yet registered the agreement but asked the builder to include all the amenities as promised in the sale agreement annexure but he is refusing and states that he will provide the amenities. Rera has ruled that the builder must write all the amenities in the annexure as promised and this rule has come out after july 2024. What is your opinion.
