Namasthe. We sold and ( registration also done ) our own apartment in Warangal for 50L to a person namely Bhookya Lakshmipathi through a fake broker namely Narsingoju Satish. . At the time of agreement, the opposite party paid 9L and for remaining 41L, they gave a stamp paper that an another flat will be given in Hyderabad. But till now Sep 5 2026 they failed their promise to do so. they showed all disputed, litication, not having HMDA permossion, buffer zone ect flats to us. Either they are not giving remaining 41L to us or cancel the registratoin of our given flat. We want to cancel the registration of our Warangal flat. But the purchased person is not willing to sign and not responding to our calls and sms. What should we do. The purcahsed person is arrogantly saying why you put sign, that is your mistake not mine...at this moment what is the solution for this. Either complaining to police or sending a legal notice to him?? In between the said cheating broker make us to paid 7.5 L to another person who is selling a old flat , by telling a lie that it is a new one, while inspecting that we came to know that it is 20 years old flat. Again , the broker cheating this
another way. What should we do. With our innosence, lack of knowledge on real estate we lost another 8 Lakh rupees. The broker and other parties are threatening us. To who should approach? with Sep 31st Six months will over. We came to know the Registration valied for six monthly. What is the process of cancelling our Registered flat and came to our name on EC. Kindly suggest please.
